Contemporary Lifts Video

Yesterday, I wrote about Katy Spreadbury, the JUMP Alternative Convention ballet teacher and her teaching philosophy. Here is a excellent video of her and Jeff Amsden, in a clip from their Lifts DVD, which can be purchased on amazon.com. They teach and demonstrate some beautiful lifts that fit perfectly into contemporary choreography, for a boy and girl, and for girls-only.
